Students being picked up by parents will be released at 3:20 p.m. and will report to the snack bar.  (See pick up procedures below.)

Parent Parking/Afternoon Procedure Change:  All parents will park in the parking lot on the cafeteria end of the building when visiting the school.  The parking lot on the gym end is reserved for staff only.  All buses will line up in the loading zone on the gym end in the afternoon.  Parents will not enter this area.  The parent pickup area will be located by the snackbar.  In the afternoon, please line up and pick your student up at the snackbar at the 3:20. The release time for all other students is 3:25.  We have made these changes because of safety concerns and hope that the afternoon traffic will move more smoothly.  Parent traffic will be stopped to allow buses to leave and enter the parking lot at appropriate times.  Thank you for your patience and understanding as we transport students home from school in an efficient and safe manner.

Box Tops for Education:  Mrs. Gilbert, our Librarian, is collecting Box Tops for Education.  Please look for these on grocery products, clip them off of the package, and send them to the library.  These are used to purchase books for the librbary and Accelerated Reader tests.

After-School Detention:  Held at the JH SAC Room on Tuesday and Thursday from 3:30 - 5:30 pm.   Students will bring homework to complete in afterschool detention.  Parents must be at the JH campus at 5:30 p.m. to pick up the student.  Please be on time to pick your child up.  Charges will be assessed for those students that are not picked up by 5:45 p.m.  If you want your student to walk home, a note signed by the parent giving permission to do so must be given to the Assistant Principal the day that the after school detention is assigned.
